Press release of the MEECC on the 23th of November regarding the meeting for the development of the Burgas – Alexandroupolis pipeline — 01 Dec 2011

On the 22nd of November, the Deputy Minister of Environment, Energy and Climate Change of Greece (MEECC), Mr. Yiannis Maniatis, held a meeting at the MEECC regarding the recent developments and the next steps to promote the Burgas – Alexandroupolis oil pipeline.

Environmental Impact Assessment procedure status — 24 Nov 2011

As was previously announced Trans-Balkan Pipeline B.V. (TBP) had received a positive evaluation of the ESIA documentation quality for Burgas-Alexandroupolis oil pipeline Project which allows the Company to proceed to the stage of public hearings in both countries. As of to date the decision on when the public hearings will be carried out has not been made.

Positive quality assessment of ESIA in Bulgaria — 08 Nov 2011

TBP are pleased to announce that on 3rd November the Ministry of Environment and Water’s (MoEW’s) positive evaluation of the quality of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Report for the Bulgarian section of the Burgas-Alexandroupolis Pipeline project was received after a thorough appraisal by MoEW.

Vladislav Emelyanov, TBP CEO, Chairman of the Management Board reported to the Shareholders and Supervisory Board on the project status and the Company's financial standing.
